You are currently faceplaming at how cheap this was. Remove the lines in the 3 and you get:

Ha ha ha...

I promise the next ones will be better,

(a+b)(a-b)/(a-b)=b(a-b)/(a-b) [Divide both sides by (a-b)]

Lets fill this in knowing that x(any number but I chose 1)=a=b

(x+x)(x-x)/(x-x)=x(x-x)/(x-x)

Lets solve those parentheses and what do we have here!

(2x)0/0=1(0/0)

Anyone knows you cant divide by 0 (Even 0/0 as it causes some problems with logic) Making this incorrect and you now see where we get the 2x from.

Base 13!

6X9 = 42 in base 13 and we can show this simply by using addition:

(Remember base 13 is basically every 13th digit means that the tens place increases one)

9+9 = 15

15+9 = 21

21+9 = 2A (Using A as the tenth digit in base 13)

2A+9 = 37

37+9 = 42!

Douglas Adams commented on this saying, "I may be a sorry case, but I don't write jokes in base 13."
